Based on demographics two storeys are on the way out and one floors are coming on like gangbusters. As the babyboomers continue to age (despite their best efforts not to!?) one floor homes will increase in value at a rate much greater than the rest of the market.

Get an accurate and realistic market evaluation of your home.
Many sales representatives will gladly tell you what you want to hear but when that hard-to-find one floor hits the market you want to be in a position to move quickly.

Two storey homes will be in less demand and values will fall.
Buyers of the future would rather have a smaller primary residence to be able to afford a recreational property , rather than just owning an oversized two storey home. Plan now. This trend has already begun.
